I have had continuing experience working directly with What Matters Most this past year. As a consultant, I work directly with the management staff along with all the employees. My first impression was the professionalism and desire they have to make sure the right employees are in place to provide the utmost care to their clients. Many companies simply run as a business. What Matters Most runs at the level of personally taking each case to heart and making sure every client is given the best care. To have an organization that strives to provide the best care for their client base and desire to provide the most for their employees to do the job is a hard combination. Having served as an intern first, then a direct care provider as well as one who operated an AFL (Alternative Family Living) home, I’ve had the unique privilege of experiencing firsthand the integrity, compassion, and excellence that define What Matters Most.
